Water can do a lot of damage. A pipe came lose from the toliet in the mansion at church and managed to soak the two floors bellow it. We had to have a company come in to try to dry it out and it took them three weeks just to get it dry. It felt like a scene of ET at times because they had to plastic off the areas that had gotten wet and whenever they worked in those rooms had to wear full haz mat suits due to the lead pait that they had to work with. Crazy stuff. We are still waiting to hear back from the insurance company about how much we are going to recieve to re- do the space. It has been an interesting experience all around.
