On a cold rainy day at the end of the summer, went with some friends to check out this mini- children's museum in Delafeild. It was nice, but a lot of other people seemed to have had the same idea because it was packed the morning we were there.

First Day of School

This year, Lillianna is going to Mother's Day Out here in Racine which is 3 days a week and a cross between pre-school and day care. She is having a lot of fun there.

Since her birthday was right before the first day of school, we were in charge of bringing snack for the first day. I found the recipe for this school bus cake to honor the first day of school and one of Lillianna's favorite songs- "The Wheels on the Bus."
