Lillianna & her Godmother
So, we didn't do the greatest jobs of taking pictures at Lillianna's baptism- we didn't get any photos with her and her sponsors. So, here is a picture with Lillianna and her Godmother, Carolyn, in Lillianna's cool room that Carolyn painted. It was take a couple of months ago- look how small she is here! I guess we will have to wait until we see Tommy next to get their picture together.

Lillianna goes visiting
A big part of my job as pastor is to visit sick and shut in members of the congregation. This winter I have been catching up on my visits to the shut in folks and bringing Lillianna along. OH MY! People LOVE to see her. I am pretty sure at this point her visits are more appreciated than mine. Last week we went to see Lydia who turned 90 the weekend of our wedding and one of the first people I got to know at Our Savior's. Our trip to the nursing home took twice as long because we got stopped in the halls by a number of other people who wanted to see the baby.

Monkey Baby
Special Gift
We received a very special gift in the mail today- a personalized bib! Lillianna can drool with the best of them these days so it is a gift that will receive a lot of good use. Thanks so much Sue!

Jump, Jump, Jumparoooo
Lillianna has been jumping like crazy on our legs lately, so we thought it was time to give her jumparoo a shot and see what she thought of it. She likes it!
At first she wasn't sure what to think about it.
Then we had to do some improvising, because while she is strong enough for it, she isn't tall enough yet. Out came the phone books...
"Hey, there is a bird up there!"

She had fun checking all the things out and trying to figure out how it all worked. I think she is really going to enjoy this once she is big enough to reach the ground
Baby It's cold out there
Yesterday was the coldest day of Lillianna's life. With temperatures in the single digits and windchills dipping below zero, we did some bundling up before heading out. (Those of us who survived record cold winters in Fargo Moorhead would say yesterday was balmy...)
